LeChell is the President Emeritus for NSBE Houston Professionals and providence guidance to & in all aspects of the chapters’ direction, including to its leadership and achievement of goals, and objectives for the year.

LeChell is a licensed Engineer-In-Training who holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and an Executive MBA from Texas Women's University.

Jessica works in the Oil and Gas industry, having spent eight years as at ExxonMobil and now serves as a Project Engineer/Project Manager where she is responsible for execution of multiple project within the Beaumont Chemical Plant.

​

Jessica has been a NSBE member for 8 years now and what makes NSBE great to her are the opportunities it provides for young ambitious black men and women.

​

In her free time LeChell is a poet, photographer, filmmaker and self proclaimed blerd.
