Dr JL (Joshua) Gray, SSBB, PMP is the President & Principal Consultant of Lukman Consulting Group (LCG), which provides wise transformation solutions to higher education, public sector, and health systems clients for achieving effectiveness, efficiency, and innovation goals.

 

Joshua has over two decades of consulting experience in the Biotechnology, Defense, Education, Energy, Healthcare, Insurance, and Transportation industries. He has had the privilege of working for the United Technologies Corporation, General Electric Company, as well as Booz Allen Hamilton and has consulted the Department of Veterans Affairs, Genentech of Roche, as well as Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.

 

Dr Gray is also a transformational engineering instructor and skilled community leader. Over the past 10 years he has taught Engineering Economics at Georgia Tech's top ranked Stewart School of Industrial & Systems Engineering and Rice University's Center for Engineering Leadership.

 

As a community leader, JL has served as the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Houston Professionals Chapter President and the NSBE Healthcare Innovations Special Interest Group Director. He is committed to elevating diversity, equity, and inclusion in science, technology, and engineering.
