On Behalf of the Houston Professionals of the National Society of Black Engineers, we are pleased to welcome you to our family!  As you progress throughout our website, you will see that our programs are geared towards promoting technical excellence amongst young professionals, as well as positively impacting the community through educational programming for middle school and high school students.  This educational programming includes our signature programs, Fresh Start and A Walk for Education. Fresh Start is held bi-annually and A Walk for Education takes place annually. These two programs alone combine to promote STEM to hundreds of students.

Professional Development is also a key component to our organization. We encourage members to sharpen their professional skills by networking and learning from each other as we strive to attain engineering certifications, advanced degrees, entrepreneurship opportunities, and financial independence.

We hope you experience a sense of fulfillment through your membership with the Houston Professionals.  To facilitate this, several dynamic programs and events have been scheduled over the course of the year.  The positive energy created through participation in these programs and events will generate a bond for NSBE Houston Professionals that will never cease.
