Deron Gadsden is the Collegiate Initiatives Chair for NSBE Houston Professionals and leads all aspects of collegiate programming, including mentorship, professional development, volunteering and networking with the local college NSBE students in the Greater Houston area.

Deron Gadsden is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina A&T State University as well as a Master’s of Business Administration from Louisiana State University.

 

Deron works in project management/consulting, having spent 5 years overseeing multidisciplinary project teams, and managing complex project scenarios across various industries.

Deron’s goal this year as position is to build stronger relationships between the NSBE Houston professionals and each local Houston undergraduate chapter, connect the undergraduate universities with each other, and provide mentorship and support to the undergraduate NSBE chapters in the Greater Houston area.
